RMH Industries : Lifting capacity up to 75,000 kg!

RMH Industries expanded its 40,000 square feet plant to increase its steel inventory and production capacity and they chose us to provide efficient and safe lifting equipment!

The project was carried out in two stages. First, Premium Industrial Group manufactured and installed two 2×5 tons cranes in the “distribution” section to facilitate movement of steel materials exclusive to RMH. Second, we installed two overhead cranes of 75 and 10 tons respectively, in the “machining” zone, in order to meet the growing demand of their customers. Premium Industrial Group took care of the design and everything up to the installation of each crane.

The crane configuration in the “machining” section allows the 10 ton crane to operate under the 75 tons crane. An anti-collision system was integrated to ensure that operations are always safe, we have integrated an anti-collision system. When the top crane hook is lowered, even just a few inches, the bottom crane can not go below the 75 tons crane, no matter what the operator does. This feature ensures that the system is safe, avoiding accidents or major damage.
